Frequently asked questions

Answers you can count on

Get clear, straightforward answers to the most common questions about our patient advocacy and prescription assistance services.

Who qualifies for your assistance?

Our programs are income-based and require proof of income, ID, and address. Eligibility is determined by yearly income limits. We help uninsured and underinsured individuals access care and medications at reduced or no cost.

Is this an insurance plan?

No, our services are not insurance and are not intended to replace insurance. We provide advocacy and connect you with programs that help lower your medical and prescription costs.

What types of medications can you help with?

We assist with a wide range of medications, including insulin, diabetes treatments, mental health prescriptions, and specialty drugs. Most can be free or low-cost, with or without insurance.

How do I get started?

Simply fill out our contact form with your details. An advocate will reach out to guide you through the process and discuss your options. There’s no membership fee—just submit your info to begin.
